Nikki Yorgiadis

About Nikki: Nikki is in her second year at the University of Toronto and was elected to the position of Director of Social Affairs. She was the last torch bearer of the Greek Torch Relay in October 2009, as she was supposed to represent Greece in the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games. She was unable to attend, and was forced to retire her athletic career. She is in love with the GSA and will try her best to make it to as many events as possible.

About George: Entering his 2nd year of study, George is a driven individual with aspiration of entering med school after his undergraduate. George is thankful to be given the opporuntiy to represent the members in the greek community. Other then school, George Greek dances, plays soccer, and fist pumps for entertainment.

About Nicole: Nicole is in her third year at U of T. She is taking a Human Biology major and is minoring in French and Italian language studies. Outside of school Nicole does extensive volunteer work with All Saints Greek Orthodox Sunday School, the Royal Ontario Museum, the Summerhill Boys and Girls Club, and the Big Sisters Program of Toronto. She is an avid soccer player, and try’s to play as often as possible. She is very excited to be this year’s DOC and looks forward to meeting everyone!
