en Havoc. The list of creative and innovative costumes seen at is unmatchable with any other Halloween event, covering every possible costume idea from Spice Girls, grandma’s and gumball machines, to nerds, priests and light-up skeletons. The event took place at the very sophisticated Bar Oak on our very own Danforth. This years successful Havoc could only have been possible by the dedicated and hard working councils of the Greek Students’ Association of U of T, York and Ryerson. It was an unforgettable night with amazing beats by DJ Deekay and DJ Kosta.

On Friday October 17 the Greek Student Association’s directors held their first event: Conversation Club! The event started out with an icebreaker, which lead into conversations that ranged from topics ranging from politics to the greatest celebrities. Snacks such as pizza and timbits were provided to participants. The event was held for the majority in Greek, providing every participant a chance to practice the language. Many of the members that came out are in this years’ Modern Greek Course! The GSA looks forward to hosting more convo clubs in the future!
